have you tried directing Vista to search you Logitech installation disk?
Don't install the main software, just plug in your camera and then, when
vista asks for drivers, get it to search the logitech CD. This is what i did
witrh my logitech camera and it installed without any problem.

Press,,,,, Menu #1934 . What you may want to try first is to do what is called the Shading adjustment. That calibrates the scanner.
It would be found in the maintenance menu after you enter diagnostics.
You must place 5 pieces of white paper on the glass before you perform the adjustment.
There really is no way to increase the amount of toner concentration on that machine. You may very well have a defective ink cartridge. That is not uncommon on the C20. There is a metering blade in the toner cartridge that often times does not allow enough ink to be applied to the toner roller.

You may just have a Bad Toner Cartridge... It will happen from time to time..... There is a IC chip on the back of the cartridge, it may be bad or the toner feed screw is bound up... Replace the cartride with a new one..... Also, is it a OEM toner cartridge or a genaric one?
