If you had your TV audio set to SAP and Spanish, then all TV programs would come on in Spanish, if that is an option for the programs. Note: The SAP language setting is through the Menu for the TV via the Audio options.

Instead, perhaps the TV channels where you are receiving TV programs in Spanish may just be Spanish-language TV channels/networks.

Log in to FB and click on your profile picture. Doing this will take you to your account page. Under your name there you will see some square images and one of them will say "Photos" below it. Click on it and it will take you to page from where you can upload photos to your FB account and also create albums.

Go to 'Start'--->Programs--->Accessories--->System Tools--->Click 'System Restore'

A 'System Restore' window will appear.

Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time' and click Next

Now you will find one Month Calendar window with Dates below, go to the previous month by clicking the '<' sign in the upper left hand corner of the Month Calendar and select any date that you see in Bold.

Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date.

The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.

Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start and windows will take a reboot.

After reboot your problem should be resolved.
