How do I remove Joy Launcher?

Phone is getting an error message: "Unfortunately Launcher Has Stopped."
Unfortunately Launcher Has Stopped:

1. Swipe your finger from top to bottom on the screen to view the notification panel
2. Touch the Settings or
3. Touch Apps
4. Touch Menu or
5. Touch Reset App Preferences
6. Touch Reset Apps
7. Swipe from right to left 2-3 times to show the ALL list.
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Menu then Show system)
8. Touch Launcher
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Stock Android then Storage)
9. Touch Clear Data
10. Touch OK
11. Power Cycle Phone
12. Test phone

Look. It happened to me and drove me crazy. I was about to brick my new mobile phone. In my case it was the "Moon call log" icon on the home screen. Believe it or not when I remove the icon the error message no more appears when I restart the mobile phone. Then again when I place it (the icon on home screen) the annoying error message "Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped" will comeback again. In your case it could be any icon or widget.
I solved the problem by uninstalling the application and installing it back from Play Store unlike what I did before by installing it from the .apk file.

Go to Menu-Communications-Contacts
if you see Sign up and Sign in then press left side joy stick button then press in the middle of joy stick it will show you Phone and Contacts then select Phone then all your Contact list will appear on your phone,if this is not helpfull to you then write for me the exact problem again.-Mehboob Allana

Maybe the phone is locked. return it from where you bought it. They should be the to fix it for you.

Buy a new phone

delete all profile of sms setting.them remove sim turn on phone then again turn of phone and insert sim and turn on phone it autometically load profile of sms from sim.if not work then call service provider ask for servivice ceneter number and menully edit profle and give that number which is given by service provider.then save it.hope it works

My phone displays " cannot answer call while using S/W upgrade" What caused this and the screen stays like this making the phone immobile. Cant receive or make calls yet Im still being charged for my phone services.

On the back of the phone were the camera is there is a wheel called the joy wheel. When you are on the phone to someone just press the unlock button and then use the joy wheel to chang the volume.
