It appears you may already have located your problem, the capacitors are very coming to burn out, if a motor will run after you spin by hand, mmore times than not the capacitor is the problem. The name tag on the equipment itself sometimes has the capacitor size and the motor nameplate usually does as well. you can call Nordyne support at 18004224328 and with your Intertherm Model number they can give you the correct capacitor size, which you can purchase at any HVAC supply house. If I had to guess, I would say you need a 5 mfd capacitor based on the blower size. but call them and verify. Also, most all supply houses that sell that capacitor can run the Intertherm numbers and see the correct size as well.
Do you still have the original capacitor for the unit. They probably gave you the size you need for the compressor. It should have the microfarads printed on the capacitor. The symbol resembles a strange looking u. Then look at the capacitor that came with the unit and get the microfarad rating for the fan. Now you will have the too readings you need to get a capacitor.
