Dig into the res and find the pump is what I would do. I would try and oil the motor and then I would run some ice machine cleaner through it. You may need to get the motor out and take it to a supplier to be identified. You might come out better doing this because their are cheaper generic pumps around. Here in the usa we use Grainger and Johnstone for pumps and such. Most of the time though the pump motor simply needs oiling and a good cleaning. These pump s start around $200 bucks and go up.

Hello
Ice may jam up in an ice dam and close off the chute. Shove the ice scoop up into the chute with a fair amount of force to break up the ice dam. Chunks of ice should fall into the bin, followed by a shower of ice cubes.
