about your question to properly rid off of computer virues you have a reliable anti-virus internet security installed in your PC/laptop.....and it should be updated...another solution to that one is by freezing your hardrive use the deepfreeze installer.

I think the vent is pluged up or bent so that the lent is trapped in the hose. its getting too hot. don't use it anymore till you get it cleaned and check for lent build up in side. can cause fire.
