Why would you not offer condolences to the father of the one who passed away?

-You mean you already purchased the ticket on line and just need the boarding pass...?
-If so then just go to the airport and input all your information into the boarding pass machine and answer all questions. It will print you your ticket or boarding pass. If not then ask air line ticket agent there to help you.

Once you've paid for your ticket online, they respond with an itinerary (list of flights booked) and usually an attachment with your boarding pass as a .pdf. Just print it.

BUT, some airlines such as Ryanair will let you book your ticket(s), but won't allow you to online check-in until (say) a few days before for reserved seats, or a couple of days in advance for unallocated seats. (They get more money that way as, if you get it wrong, a reprint at the airport will cost you £50. (If you're away for 7 days hols, you'll need to find an Internet Cafe to check in and print your return boarding pass while you're out there!)

It's your responsibility to read the guff they send you, and note the check-in website and allowed window to do it. Only then will they send you the .PDF for you to print. Print a couple and put 1 on each bag. Don't rely upon a phone app - it could get lost, or the battery die; then what? (+£50!).

If you have an e-ticket, and the airline offers online check-in, printing your boarding pass is easy!

All you need is your Airline Record Locator or Electronic Ticket (e-ticket) Number, which can both be found in My Trips and your Orbitz Confirmation email.
