HI.When you turn ON your microwave,can you hear if motor is rotating?If you cant hear an ything from the motor..If you can check the terminal button of your oven.You can actually remove both sides of the oven and try to locate the terminal connection if it is engaged properly.Check also the motor.the motor might not be rotating or defective..Thank you for choosing FIXYA>>

Your oven model number is usually located on the rim of one of the oven doors or on the frame oaround a door. Some ranges with bottom drawers have the model number on the frame behind the drawer.

My Thermador CT 127 Convection Oven will not turn on. Lights work, convection fan works, oven will not heat.

Repaired the same problem several months ago. The up/down control has a very small switch located under the button. The switch is part of the selector switch assembly that costs upwards of $100. However, the switch itself is available from Digi Key electronics part # P12321-SCT-ND at about $1.00 each, plus shipping. If you can handle the unit disassembly, which is extensive in this repair, and can solder very small switches, this is an inexpensive fix. I suggest you buy some spares. I'm looking for a seal replacement for this unit right now. Good luck.
