When i turn my phone on it says Account Lock it wants me to enter my email,password but i cant remember my email i used.. how do i unlock it without resetting it? Its a LG k7 I believe

if it is android phone then it is because of security it asks u for g mail id and password as u hav given b4 it should b same
now there r some other ways to open it like if other android mobile phone u hav connected with same e mail then u can use that too to try to open ur phone
or there are some setting apps to help u to come out
bt if u fail all of them
only option is to reinstall firmware

Without performing a factory reset and losing everything . your options are limited unless you are rooted with a custom recovery. If you cannot remember the password to email I would use a pc to reset the password to account then try that method again. Also the option to unlock with email will not present itself until the maximum failed inputs.

3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

To unlock the pattern screen lock, sign in with your Google account.
1. After 30 seconds, tap Forgot pattern?
2. The user need to log in with the primary gmail.com e-mail address and not the alternative email address connected to the Google account.
3. Tap the username field and enter the primary Google account user name.
4. Tap the password field and enter the primary Google account password.
5. Draw a new unlock pattern and tap Continue .
6. Draw the new unlock pattern again and tap Continue .

Ok, So I just had the same thing happen to me last night and I just fixed it. It'll take 2 people to do it. I went on to my gmail and changed my pattern, after a few minutes my phone had a triangle with an exclamation mark come up in the notifications bar. Don't bother turning off your phone...mine didn't reset for the pattern after 7 hours of being turned off. At this point, once you get that triangle, get someone to call your phone, it'll unlock it for a few minutes. Just long enough for you to change the password on your phone by clicking into that arrow. Then your phone will lock again after the call is done. Put the new password into your phone again on this screen. Then it'll ask you to draw another pattern. Draw something simplistic, then if you want to take it back off just go back into your settings and remove the lock....just remember your pattern this time! hope this helps!
