If I have to purchase OfficeSuite Premium just to print, which do I choose Pro or personal

MS Office is not a free program.
You will need to purchase a copy of MS Office to get the product installation key.
For an alternative free program, OPEN OFFICE is a full-featured officesuite that's compatible with Microsoft Office.

i've had the same problem with the same printer. mostly it happens on my vista home premium laptop printing remotely to the printer which is connected to an xp home machine. i found that i need to stop and then start the print spooler. on either of these operating systems you can do this by right clicking on the My Computer (XP) or Computer (Vista) icon and choosing "Manage." Once Computer management is open, go to Services and look for Print spooler. Right Click on Print Spooler in the list. choose stop. wait for the print spooler to stop, then right click again and choose Start. That should clear your stuck deleting document.

Soultion, Don't run vista, no really, acully try running it as compatability as Windows xP, right click the file, properties, choose the compadabiity tab, then choose run as Windows XP and also try to choose the run as administrator.

explore your cd, maybe ther is a file contain your serial.... if none try search officesuite serial/crack/patches to the internet
