You're finding the volume of a cylinder. This site gives the formula and some examples. You need to do some conversion when you start solving this because some of the dimensions are in meters and others in mm. Just remember that there are 1000 mm in one meter.
Using the formula for a cylinder's volume: v = pi * r * r * h, and the data h = 730 m, r = 100 mm = 0.1 m,
v = 3.14 ^ 0.1 * 0.1 * 700. The result will be in cubic meters, and I'll let you do the math.
