Free download repair manuals are hard to find though a few sites offer some that aren't expensive. Most sites that promise repair manuals deliver little.
Try a google search and then contact a dedicated Mitsubishi forum for further advice.
I advise you to think very carefully about repairing your own car unless you have the necessary core skills and a decent toolkit, without which do-it-yourself can become more expensive than a professional repair.

drivers side, underneath the car. look at the line coming from the gas tank, and where the line gets bigger and has a metal cylinder in it, that is your fuel filter. a couple of clamps and you can change that thing out in a matter of minutes, and depending on your medel you may have to remove a metal plate to get to it.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK THE AIR FILTER HOSE OFF THE CARBARATOR AND ADDED CARBARATOR CLEANER. PUT IT BACK ON, AND WORKED. TRY THAT.

Your belt is loose (and it just needs tightening) or it is worn and needs to be replaced. It may look ok but they glaze over; all the little ridges get shinny and slip.
