A dead short to ground on that circuit . Do you know anything about automotive electric diagnostic's ? Video's on youtube for finding shorts . Which fuse ? # what fuse box ? Does it supply battery voltage to anything else on the vehicle. Looking at a wiring diagram I see fuse F2.6 a 15amp fuse located in the central junction box. And it powers other circuits . I also see two other fuse's that power the insturment cluster . F2.23 - 15 amp and F2.14 a 10 amp . Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Free diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine . Under system click on body & accessories then under subsystem click on instrumentation . Click the search button then the blue link's .

Check under the dash at your Brake pedal interlock switch. It is timed with the gearshift Interlock and Ignition switch. This switch usually gets hit by feet and dislodged or broken. When you shift out of Park, the switch is toggling to a broken piece and shorting out.

The brake interlock switch is at the top half of the pedal lever. The other part of the Interlock uses a rod or cable in the steering column Ignition switch and mates with the shifting mechanism.

High oil pressure gauge

High oil pressure usually isn't a problem.

Flush your oil system, and refill with new oil and filter

Up and down oil pressure gauge

Low oil level, dirty oil pump pickup screen. Bad sender. Senders are not that expensive to try, but attaching a real pressure gauge into the oil sender fitting would be the last external test you could do.

Check out the Battery. No Power no gages. Check all Fuses. Lastly, if you have an on-board computer, it needs to be reset by a technician.

Speedometer, Odometer, Oil Pressure Gauges are out

it could be a fuse....since a fuse is use just incase you get an overflow in current...and this prevents damage to gauges......

yeah check it first.....
