My husbands phone which is Smartfone the screen goes black when he makes a call or gets a call what is wrong with it --he has only used it less month will be one month on the 16th?

lizau2011, This is probably a premature failure in one of the power supplies inside the unit. If unit is under warranty you need to contact the Samsung people to get it repaired. Bye for now. louie12fix on fixya or lmistyrel @aol.com

Copy contact to the black list or (black screened list). by this you can't receive any message from that contact.

If the phone is not damaged, you don't need to persuade Verzion. You only show what is wrong and tell them you can't work with a phone like that. If you did not drop the phone or damaged it in any other way, it is just a question of warranty.

If you have had it less than a month it might be still under warranty. See if you can return it and get a new one or your money back. If you need more help just let me know!

Less than six months old ... Acer offers a one year warranty ... I think I'd be checking the warranty out ... It may be some type of virus... yet, I'd be talking about the warranty instead of fooling with it.

thats the main problem with this model, its broke the ribbon cable ,if the celu have less than 24 month, are under waratie claim it, if not, go to the celu store they have junks to fix this for few dolars, will be cheaper than by a new one..good luck
