I have an air works tower fan with a 120 minute fan use.how can I have it come on continuous without having to use the timer

Check that nothing is blocking the fan from turning then check across the wires going to the motor with a volt meter I presume you should have 120 volts or close . If you don't have the volts, check that you don't have loose wires or not connected.if wires are ok use ohm meter & check for ohms across the motor wires a double check before buying a motor if you don't have ohms replace motor . I believe the Hawaiian Breeze tower oscillating fan operates much like the Aloha Breeze oscillating tower fan. I found an image for Aloha Breeze oscillating tower fan buttons, along with descriptions of what each button does.

I am not sure if the buttons on your fan are in a horizontal curve or a vertical alignment. However the attached image should help you figure out what the buttons on your fan represent.

2. Speed: slow, medium, fast
3. Timer: May be 15 levels; 1 / 2 hour setting for each timer level; Each touch of the button adds 1 / 2 hour of running time

do you have the lower door in place tight ?? because there is a door button switch. so if its not pushed in all the way you would have no power at furnace. also make sure nobody turned off the on off service switch usually above furnace or sometimes one at top of stairs and one down by the furnace .if those suggestions don't work you might want to turn each breaker off then back on incase one is tripped. if that don't work check for 120 volt at your fan timer board also it may have a automotive style fuse on the board which if blown it wont do anything. if there is 120 volt at board and the 24 volt circuit fuse is good its probably the fan timer board.

The most common fridge "not cooling" problem is a frost free failure. Remove the access panel in the freezer section to expose the evaporator coils. If the coils in the freezer section get plugged up with frost, this frost will block the evaporator fan motor from blowing the cold air around. The fan blade can also hit this frost and either become noisy or stop altogether. Locating the defrost timer can be tricky....they are often hidden behind the back bottom corners of the fridge at the bottom, in the last few years the timers have been located in the ceiling of the fresh food section, and some are behind the cold control cover. Once you locate the defrost timer, slowly turn the screw likeknob in the middle of the defrost timer with a straight screwdriver until the fridge shuts off. You are now in defrost. If the defrost heater (s) comes on now, replace the defrost timer and defrost thermostat. If the heater(s) does not come on, you can continuity test the defrost heater for continuity or test for 120 volts to the heater(s). If you have no power to the defrost heater (s) you can also bypass the defrost thermostat to see if the defrost heater will come on, jumper the wires together to bypass the defrost thermostat. If the heater now comes on, replace the defrost timer and defrost thermostat. If the heater itself is bad, defrost the fridge with a hair dryer, replace the defrost heater (s) and defrost thermostat. If the defrost timer seems "hot" to the touch or is noisy ( like a ticking or screeching noise )...replace it.

4) other fan, for example: higher horsepower attic fan, 3/4 horsepower industrial kitchen fan, or 1-horsepower whole house fan?

6) Is this a countdown timer that turns fan OFF automatically after 60 minutes?

Spring-wound timers do not require extra Neutral wire, and can control 1 HP whole-house fan.
The push-button timers each require Neutral wire to run electronics inside timer, and they range from 1/6 HP to 3/4 HP which will work for any bathroom fan.

It sounds like timer is bad.
Wiring sounds good. Make sure you don't have Load and Line wires reversed. Try reversing Load-Line wires and see what happens.
Another thing that affects electronic timers is line noise/interference. If replacement timer does same thing, then noise is suspect. Try timer on another circuit without fan. Try another brand timer. Update to newer LTB60 Leviton timer. Use cheap circuit tester from home center to check outlet on same circuit.

sounds like the "extended run timer" is somehow hooked to the compressor circuit instead of the blower fan circuit. This may appear after installing a programmable or digital thermostat. check configuration.

I just used an air air compressor with a soft rubber tip and went at my two tower fans outside. It took maybe 10 minutes shooting air in from many different points but both fans now work as good as new. If it's been a couple of seasons like mine you'll be amazed at how much blows out.

Yes, the seal will let outside air into the unit causing the coil to ice up. When it ices up the air cannot blow through the fins in the coil, thus no cold air goes to the refrigerator section.
