XBox360 Will Not Turn On

if your volt is 220v. so you can use fuse on AC line 600mA to under 1Amp.
DC line fuse is under 12Amp. clean any power cable port & use perfect gas.

I have to ask the question have you contacted Microsoft about this issue? Since the device is only one month old it is still under full factory warranty. Also you question is confusing in that you talk about an xbox360 conrtoller that has stopped working but do not define if it stopped working with your xbox 360 and you are now trying to have an xbox360 device work with a PC instead of xbox360. Please get back to me with more accurate information. But you best bet is to contact microsoft since it is still under warranty.

yes is call the ring of death . but you need to take your xbox to some where to repair it . take it to gamestop......search it in youtube ring of death

take ur xbox a part and try reconnectyng the fans if dosent work send back to microsoft

you should try replacing the thermal compund.

If you only have two red lights that means your xbox is overheated I had this trouble and took mine out to the air compresser and blew massive dust out of it,It's been 2 months now no lights.

The connection order can be a key issue as to whether or not the HDMI signals will pass through the system. For best results the receiver should be turned on first, then the source device(s) and then the display. The reason for this has to do with getting the equipment to handshake properly for the HDCP protocol.

If HDMI video will not pass through your receiver, you may with to just connect the xbox using the component cables. Since component will pass through 720p and your TV is 1080i you should expect the same qualtiy and a more crisp picture.

Its only 3 months old, call 1800-4my-xbox they can replace it. Don't tell your girlfriend broke it, tell them the red lights started one day.

They wil lship yuo box, you put eh box inside the box they give you, you ship it back to them, they ship you a brand spankin new 360.
