How old is my Friedrich WallMaster WS08B10 Air Conditioner

The age of your unit can be determined from the serial number. You will find this serial number on the data tag located on the inside of the unit just below the control panel. If you will call the Customer Assistance Center at Friedrich, 800-541-6645, extension 260, they will be able to assist you with the age of your unit. Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, central time.

New AC unit mist

It sounds like the unit is either level or tilted down in the front, not allowing the water to run to the back of the ac and the blower wheel is picking the water up and blowing it into the room.
You need to put a level on it and lower the back of the ac so the water the coil removes can run to the back of the unit and that should solve your problem.
