I wish to make a payment and wish to use my mastercard instead of my first listed card. How do I make that change please.

If you sign into your account and click on Help and then click "Go to Your Account", you get to a page with lots of links for various actions, then under Payment Methods, there is a link "Manage your Payment Methods". This will show you the cards that Amazon has registered to your account, and you can edit or delete the cards. On the previous page there is also a link to "Add a new card".This brings up a page where you can put in all the details for your new card. You can enter your details here, but they must exactly match the card details or it will be rejected when check with your card supplier.

How do I pay my on line bill with Metro PCS?
  • Homepage of metro PCs.com selec manage and pay tab
  • Scroll down to the right select payment options and history
  • Log into your account or create new account with your phone number
  • The things u will need for paying online
  • Your MetroPCS phone number
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The credit/debit number on the front of your card or the 10-digit PIN of your MetroPCS payment card
  • Your CVV2 security code. For MasterCard/Visa, it is located on the back of your credit card in the signature strip. It is at least 3 digits and is always printed AFTER your credit card number. For American Express, the security code is the four digits on the front of your card.
  • Month/Year credit card expiration date
  • ZIP Code where the debit/credit card statement is mailed
  • Be sure and print out the confirmation page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation text upon successful payment.
To make a payment with a checking account, have the following information ready:
  • Your MetroPCS phone number
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The routing number and checking account number. The routing number is the 9-digit identifier that is specific to your bank. Call the issuer of the MasterCard and have them send you a history of everything that has happened with the account. Then go from there. Also get your records of all the payments you made. Do everything via registered or certified mail. Phone calls don't count.
