no year told, at all.
you blew out fuses
the instuctions told you to first pull main battery 12vdc NEG LUG FIRST AND DID NOT? OR WIRED IT UP WRONG.
LEARN TO CHECK CALL CAB FUSE BOXES AND ALL ENGINE BAY TOO.
the operators guide in the glove box in hand chapter fuses covers all that. lost it? it is free , in USA are you?
You can try resetting the main computer by just disconnecting the battery and let it sit for 10 minutes with no battery, connect the battery back and that should reset all sensor lights. If that doesn't work check all sensor connections, that power wash could of disconnected the Map sensor or other cirtical connections attached to other sensors in the engine compartment.
Worse case scenario is that the bay wash could of pushed or flushed some debris into that Map sensor housing and is now clogged up, a simple cleaning with a special spary cleaner for Map sensors could make the check engine light turn off.
you need to say exactly which fuse. or at the least how many amps it is. (and what BOX)??????
my wild guess, is
1: its in the engine bay box, right?
2: and its a big one,,, right?
so if that fuse connects to the Alterator, (look close) then the alternator is shorted. its an 80amp fuse. that. aka; fuse #15
fix security first. if that is and immobilizer, it will be immobile.
check all fuses. and battery charge,
the battery needs to be at 12.6v , at rest.
if you pulled engine with the battery connected , you did blow the mains. (main fuses)
blow alt main, or others. in the engine bay you will.
you have blown the fuse or fuse. check the fuse box in the car and in the engine bay. 1995 model has a main line fuse in the little fuse box in engine bay. if it did this from the radio the radio fuse will have blown as well.
In the engine bay, there is an hidden fuse box. It is against the fire wall, next to the left guard: a black topped control module. Unclip it and underneath you will find a another fuse panel where it the fuse you're looking for.
Sounds (i can't know for sure unless i can test it) like a bad relay or a connection is broken. Have you checked underneath the hood in the fuse box in the engine bay?
The Central locking/unlocking/main lighting relay is located underneath the cigarette lighter bay, underneath the ashtray, in front of the fuses. Remove the ashtray. Unclip the ashtray carrier by pressing up the section marked "electrical fuses"" - press. There are 3 rows of electronics. These are assigned a letter value a-z from left to right beginning with the upper left. The one you are looking for is in the K position in the 3rd row (closest to you), 2nd component in. Hope that helps.
in the engine bay above the battery from memory is the fuse box for the main fuses & relays they should be marked on top of case one is for the fule pump.
