I have been charged for something i did not order please can you tell me why?

9.99 has been taken from my bank and it only says Amazon Digital no other information. i have not ordered anything with you.

Contact your credit card company (if you used one), and tell the customer service dept. that you are DISPUTING a charge (or repeating charges) under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If it is a debit card, contact the issuing bank. But COMPLAIN, in any case! Ask whoever you talk to for a CASE NUMBER, and make a record of that, and who (or what agent number) you talked to, and when! Email it to yourself, so you can FIND the records later!

sounds like their "Amazon Prime" membership or Kindle service. You should contact Amazon billing dept.

Money have been taken from account why

That's really strange. If you have already paid for the item and it has gone out of your account and you have been charged twice what I would do is to contact your bank to advise them of this. I would also get in touch with Amazon. I am enclosing the following link for you:

What is the monthly charge of $9,99 on my chase/amazon credit card for? Do I need the service?

Depends on how often you order from Amazon or watch their free videos. The charge is called Amazon Prime and my wife uses it constantly for free delivery plus she loves the olden movies. She is watching one now.

this looks like a free trial of Amazon Prime and if you do not cancel it after the free trial it deducts a charge from your account for a one year subscription. Go onto Amazon and go to support and there is a live chat option and request the Amazon Prime service to be cancelled.
