Unless the pizza was specifically packaged for microwave use, pizza cooking in a microwave is usually a bad idea. They don't turn out well. Although microwaves are referred to as "ovens", they really don't bake things, they boil them by heating the moisture in the product. Thus, pizza crust will not rise and get crispy unless the pizza was pre-made to be microwave reheated. Those pizzas will give instructions on how to microwave them.
Unplug the unit for at least 30 seconds. Plug in, set clock. When making pizza punch in the time you wish it to run, such as "7:30" then "start". Watch carefully the first time to see how much time it takes to cook to your liking.
My wife and I have Tried that before; it always results in Very,Very Chewy cakes and pizzas. However,if you want to Re-heat a Piece of Pizza...remember to sprinkle a few drops of water on Top before heating.
Open the oven and make sure it is empty nod one rack is near the middle level. Turn the knob that says OFF to BAKE. Then turn the knob with all the numbers to the temperature that Theo Sri toons on the box tell you to use.
Allow the oven to heat up for 10 minutes. It may beep when it is up to temp or a red light will turn off to let you know it is ready. Put the pizza in the oven on middle rack. Take it out according to box instructions ( usually 8 to 15 minutes).
That pizza out by sliding it onto a plate.
Turn off the oven and eat the pizza.
If it is not done completely, leave it in longer next time. Enjoy
It's basically a loss of moisture during the cooking process, to avoid this in a standard oven cook on a lower temp for longer and cover with foil....in the microwave, drop the power setting and always reheat or cook with the food cover with a microwave safe cling wrap or microwave specific cookware with lids.
Hope this helps.
F3 usually means, that the oven temp. sensor is bad and one need to replace it.
The fact, that it's not heating tells me, the fuse in the back also needs to be replaced (requires pulling out).
Try to not open the door with the oven running. This causes arcing at the door safety interlock switches and they will fail.
You will know they failed when everything works but there is no "heat". No heat because the oven will think the door is open ... even though you know the door is closed.
Enjoy your new oven ... they are great. I dont know how the Mrs and I would eat if not for the mocrowave!!!
