Its locked to security code or Network Lock,it locked to Network means get the Network UNLOCK CODE from here

Those codes you were imputing are not the correct lock code. 12345 and 00000 are security locks, mostly for when you set a password on your phone so no one else uses it.

If you're looking to unlock you phone to use on other carriers, then you would need to contact your carrier for a "Carrier Unlock code" or find a reputable GSM Unlock website to unlock your phone. Usually they will ask for your "IMEI" serial number which is the sticker behind your phone to unlock your phone.

Just type *#7370# and phone will be restored to factory settings.

But be sure to back up all your data in phone memory as it will be deleted after restoring the phone to factory settings.

Hi, that means some one else has used another code on it, that is why you can not get access to set a new lock code. If you can find the code from the person you used it before am sure you will see that it is not the same code you are trying to use that is there.

But if you can get the old code used before, that means you will have to unlock the phone to disable the formal code used.

when i put the lock code (12345) in phone.than it always shows that CODE ERROR every time.

ok try following steps:reboot your phone when they getting reboot press = green button(answer key) + 3 star key(*) but befor that make sure that your phone data will be lost above procudere may restore factory settings of your phone
