Just purchased a nextbook ares 11a and box did not contain the usb cord. Any help would be appreciated.

None to fix it except to have the screen replaced, which is very costly.

Nextbook has the documentation for most of the products here: http://www.nextbookusa.com/downloads/ . Either search by Category on the right (Ares and then 11A) or search for the model directly.

Any updates would be at the website of the company whom makes the software.

A lot depends on what type of connectors that Nextbook has. My Nextbook does have a USB port that you can connect items to. It would seem that you could go to the Western Digital webpage and find out about compatibilities there.

Sounds like a bad battery. Can you return it for a replacement?

You need to send it in for repair.

No it doesn't have a phone built in.
