I can't unlock my Nextbook Premium 7.

The unlock icon will not slide to the right to unlock the device.

    touch screen will not move to unlock the screen and when reset it goes to wifi set up the screen won't respond.

    All other devices have no problem connecting. The device goes through the connection process but at authentication it reports Authentication problem. What can be done? It is only happening to this device. I have an identical nextbook that connects without any problems.

I have a nextbook tablet and i would turn it on and it would go white with little black dots (sometimes it would have thin lines )then it would go off like 2 mins after

    This issue with dots and thin lines is a defective tablet, you may need to return it or go online to the nextbook website and register it and contact them about this problem and they will help you. This is what I did and it helped me.

Can not get out of game on my nextbook
There should be an x close button in the top right corner. Touch or click that and it will ask for your birth year, password, or whatever you set it up for. If you didn't set it up it defaults to asking your birth year. Any birth year that makes you over 13 should work.

Unlock cracked screen nextbook 8
On some touch screen device, the tough part of the screen won't work when it has a crack. So it ill be difficult to unlock the screen as long as it has a crack. Ask yourself if it is worth repairing the screen, when you know what a repair shop asks for the repair and what a new device costs.

I have a Nextbook Premium 7, inserted a MicroSD Card, it's gone a long way into the tablet and I cannot get it out - First use!
try tweezers or see if you can slide some sticky tape in with a very thin paperclip, and get it to stick to the card, then pull out carefully. You should realy return it if it's new, presumably the slot is faulty.

Call your service provider and they will give you your PUK code once you have it enter it into your device and it should be ok then to turn the wifi back on

Cant hear volume too low
this could be a codec problem or video was record on low sound settings .try checking that your sound is up full right click on sound icon....open volume mixer make sure all slides are up full.

No sound when headphones are plugged in
You have to have headphones that are equipped for that device. I use Apple headphones for my Nextbook 7Premium Android device. It depends on what type of headphones you are using? You also have to push hard on the piece that goes in. Sometimes they don\'t go through so you won\'t be able to hear at all.
