Forgot my password but i cant resert it because i'm nolonger using that number where they are sending the code

Are you saying she forgot the password to get in windows ?

If so, boot to safe mode, on my pc's it's the f8 key.

Goto safe mode and login as Administrator and then follow this path:- Start>Control Panel>User Accounts...
Click on your username and change Password:- Give a new password. It will not ask you for the old one

First of all as you have forgotten the password to reset the password you have to open the notebook and remove the CMOS Battery for a while and then replace it restart the notebook after you restart the notebook all the default setting will be loaded in the cmos setup you can enter the cmos setup and set the password again.

if you remembered the email address you used to register then goto www.xboxlive.com try and login using your email address then use the forgot my password process, they will send you another or tell you the original i forget now.

Hi Doug Cleland!, if you JUST want to clear your BIOS password because you forgot it and cant login on your PC / cannot book if you set a bios pass before boot it is quite simple ;-))

on the motherboard is a small metal batteire (looks like a button)!
just carefully remove the battery, unplug the powercord from the motherboard and from the PC end! wait 10minutes and before you do wait also press the POWER ON button -> this will remove the Rest voltage from your motherboard. after like 10mins you should put in back the battery then reconnect all power cables and just turn it on and i will be sure that the BIOS password is deleted because your pc STARTS with DEFAULT settings (is no pass set)
