Sounds like a alarm has been activated... If you have a remote hit the panic button....If all fails just loosen the battery post...What ever it is will stop....Then wait a few minutes and connect it back...See it it's still doing it

Sounds like the pump needs priming. There must be a plug on top of pump. Remove this and fill the pump with water to top. Replace cap an turn on. If keeps loosing prime, you either have a fauly nrv, non return valve not opening or you dont have one at all. Essential bit of kit.

Here is what is said in the manual:

"Direct the steam arm on the drip tray.
Open the steam/hot water knob until a
steady stream of water is dispensed. Close
the knob. Insert the filter holder into the
brew head to pre-heat the filter holder.
The machine is now ready to dispense
coffee."

1) pump not sealing , check visually and clean openings, replace if necessary.
