Missing chasis number

Chassis n umbers are imprinted in all glass ---motors --inner mudguards ---firewalls-- and other places to stop on sale of stolen motor parts. I would say that the windscreen has been replaced because of a crack/chip in which case the number will be lost. You can contact the relevant transport department for advice as to what to do but if the rego papers match the engine number and vin number there should not be a problem

HOW CAN I USE MY CHASIS NUMBER TO GET THE ENGINE NUMBER? CHASIS NUMBER: 5TDBT4BA53S167492

You cant, the engine number is a separate number. Why do you need the engine number????? Its stamped on the block area in front, on top, like in front of where the intake manifold sits. The engine model is a 2UZ-FE

Are the VIN number and chasis number on the vehicle the same? If not, where can i find the chasis number on Hyundai tucson?

Short answer is no.
The VIN number is usually on a small plate attached to main chassis, often on the side of the bike.
The Chassis number is usually found stamped/etched into the chassis on or around the steering pipe (the forward most point of the actual chassis frame). This can be hard to see but it should be there.
The Engine number is often found stamped/etched into the top of the bottom end of the engine, Sometimes near the oil cap.
