Install the Drivers. Click START - Type in Search - SERVICES.MSC ( hit enter key ) Look for HP Cue Device Discovery Double click on HP Cue Device Dicovery and Under STARTUP Type - Choose Disable and Click ok and Close Services.msc Restart the PC.

you can add drivers using 2 different ways
1. connect to Internet - download it and install
2. get driver from different location, upload it to USB stick

Please visit www.hp.com look for download, driver menu. Type the model you are looking for. If not listed use the nearest model series like hp1200. Other means, use simulation printer driver but you have to refer your manual the exact simulation printer. Hope this gives you hint.
