Question about Remington Electric Chain Saw
Blade came off now cant tighten enough to stay on
Sounds like the chain guides are missing. They're flat steel parts, one on each side of the bar...Here's a husqvarna diagram:

If you have one of these on each side of the bar, then I'd guess you're missing washers under the nut(s). Sears should have this available; I'm sure I have a blow-up diagram on microfische if it's an older model.
