Where can I get N1996 motherboard manual? - Acer Computers & Internet

that 1996 is not correct (its series name only)
MSI N1996 Motherboard P6NG Neo-Digital MS-7505
the bottom sticker on the mobo tells what it really is.

did you go to msi.com and the manual on setups"?
are you using the onboard VGA port to a VGA monitor.
The monitor shows no signal means exactly that.
This motherboard has 1 power jacks, the big one 24 pins
and the 4pin at top left of the fan.
you must use PSU v2.2 or newer to get that 4 pin power.

next time post all stickers on mobo so we can see what it really is.

You have an MSI 6390* motherboard, MSI has an archives with 3 different versions of manuals available, just depends on which version of the board you have.
