I have a 60 in sanyo flatscreen model# dp55d33 we have had it for a little over a year the middle of the screen went dark and the right side is in kind of a slow motion type help!

If it has been transported on the back or has fell a few to many times it can cause the t.v to do a lot of weird things. Since not many people work on flat screens due to not much money or market for it. Your best bet is to get a different one.

did you try calling the (877) 467-4289 Insignia help line? I think they're open 24/7. They just solved another Insignia problem for me.

ITS THE PANEL ASSY. I JUST HAD MY REPOACED. SONY WILL HONOR A COURTSEY WARRANTY UNTIL 2012

This model of SONY TV uses a Samsung display panel, the problem you have is the panel went bad.

SONY was offering an extended warranty to change the panel free, please call SONY to check it out that if they still offer the free replacement.

Either the CCD imager is failing or there are ribbon cables that are coming unseated inside. IF it's cables it should be a cheap fix. If it's the CCD it will be upwards of $100.

Sanyo TV model DS25710 or DS25730

Set has a bad vertical sweep IC. Also This Sanyo has a tendancy , when the IC blows out , to take the fusable resistor in the sweeo supply that feeds the vertical IC. This set should only be serviced by a trained technician because of ther high Voltage that lingers within. This repair should run you antwhere from 85.00 to 150 bucks. Good Luck
