I tryed to set a password on my phone and the firstb time i tryed it it said i ned a puk code now my phone wont work without it please help

I had the same problem. When you set a password on your android and you get it wrong three times, the next time you need to type in your password, it will ask you to enter a puk code. When this happened, my dad contacted t-mobile, because that`s our carrier. So all you need to do is contact your carrier and they should reset it in no time!!! :-)

PUK codes are a lock placed on the sim card. You can usually call the customer service line for your provider and they can give you the PUK code or you can have the sim card replaced on a store.

Plz try typing any random password 5 times.It will get blocked and will ask for a puk code.Then u call ur serv provider from different handset for puk code and then u can set r new password.

see budy what u can do is put wrong password 5-6 times after that it will ask for a PUK code u can try to get it from ur service provider after applyingnit in ur handset, it will b asking for a new password to be set.
