My liberty nx 100kva ups is showing Inverter faulty

The question here is , you are fitting a different alternator to an engine so is the engine of sufficient torque to maintain 85% capacity under full load of the alternator
25KVA extra requires more HP than a 100 kva so that should be the first consideration
Is the engine big enough to run the bigger alternator

According to the alarm code E58 is usually a washing machine with inverter and means problem with inverter board or motor or wiring between inverter-motor.

Could be:

E58 - Inverter is drawing too much current (> 4.5A).
Abnormal motor operation (overload).
Motor-inverter wiring faulty.
Motor faulty.
Inverter board faulty.

E57 - Inverter is drawing too much current (>15A)
Motor-inverter wiring faulty.
Inverter board faulty.
Motor faulty.

You misconnected some wires. It seems the inverter does not receive power

If no available inverter board of your unit you can try to browse for replacement universal type inverter..

it could be a bad connection in the wiring, a loose wire or loose fuse the AC switch could also be faulty, check the connector plugs to make sure they are pushed together, it is a process of elimination,to find the fault,it could also be a faulty AC clutch....hope this helps......cheers

Speed sensor is faulty or has a bad connection.

this problem lyes within the faulty fuse for 4x4 or 2wd, to locate the fuses for these, they are under the hood in front of the battery labelled fusebox.

Could be a faulty fuel pump. As the pump warms up, when you have a faulty fuel pump they will tend to seize up. When it fails check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge and see what it reads.
