I turned the narration button on and now I can't get my lock screen to slide up. It just keeps talking but it won't let me do anything

can you do this? Keep pressing the volume up button and then at same time press the windows key. The narrator stops... Also..... You can lock/unlock your phone ??even when you are narrator mode. I learnt that.... Difficult to explain... 1) press the lock button. 2) try swiping up... Try swiping left to right.. It will say something thing such as containers and Items. 3) At some point it will say lockscreen,, double tap to unlock... 4) you have to double tap. Your phone is unlocked.
