Came with a scandisk 1GB, card worked fine, then my daugher said she couldnt get her pics, cheked the card, pics are there when in the card reader on my pc but not on the phone, also get bad format error when checking the memory, also unable to format the card in the phone, tied 0000 states incorect code, formatted the card in my sons lg shine but still the same in the kc550...any ideas..

Formatting the card in the phone will not help the problem. Sounds like the file format of the pictures is not compatible with the phone. Check the manual for compatible picture formats and verify that they match.
You can format the card in your PC by going into my computer right clicking on the icon for the memory card and then selecting format.

im having a bad format to. .i download song on pc and when i move it on the memroy card of the phone and play it, it says "bad format" although the song is in a mp3 format sound
