SOURCE: Fuel Filter location on a Petrol 2004 Kia Carnival

The fuel filter is located in the fuel tank, pump removal is required to replace. There is an inspection cover behind the front seats on the floor to gain access to the pump. stupid idea. but whats not stupid about kia.

Overheating then oil mixing with water most of the time means a problem with the headgasket. Not a good idea to drive it until you have it repaired, you can ruin the engine.

There is a sensor in the tank,that would have to be replaced to repair the problem.

sounds like turbo seal hase let go
time for reman turbo
or get yours repaired do not drive this way or engine faliure will happen

Which is the best engen oil for kia carnival ls(South Africa)?
it should be 5w30 castrol or i know its hot and the engine will run cooler with 20w50 but i dont know if the oil pump can handle that grade you can use a sae 30 grade which is thicker for hotter climate but i would try 5w30 any brand and check for oil consumption after 6,000 km to see if burnning oil normal use should be 1 liter after 6km
