I suggest that you open the unit and inspect the burner area. UNPLUG first, of course. Most likely you have lint or other foreign material around the burner element.
It overheatsUsually when an electric dryer overheats it's because of a defective cycling thermostat or a clogged vent system. Clean any lint from the internal and external ductwork, and/or replace the cycling thermostat
Does the unit shut off when it overheats? According to the wiring diagram it could be the Heater Relay or High Limit Thermostat. See the wiring diagram for instructions on error codes and how to obtain them. It is easily found on their website. Hope this helps

it's elementary, but double-check the right part number with the folks who sold you the limiter.
after that, it's hard to say- possibly you got a bad limiter.
With a name like Sexydiva69 I'd overheat too! Sounds like your exhaust hose might be clogged. Take it off and make sure you don't have excessive lint buildup anywhere in exhaust system.
The electric heater fuse takes a 300 degree limit. Pink dotThe kit comes with a 250 degree for gas and a 300 for electric. many people have told me either one would work and many folks have said when the 300 degree poped they have used the 250 till it too dies.Keep the dryer clear of lint and regularly checked for lint balls and striped blowers to keep this problem at bay.
