Hi...

There are two ways to download your picture to the computer,

  1. If your camera have SD card you need to but a card reader then plug your SD card to the card reader and plug your card reader to your computer. direct to the motherboard. then start download your picture
  2. If you want to buy a cable make sure that the cable you buy is fix to the port size of your camera, i think the size of that bale is 2.5
Good luck !!!

Can we download video from camera to computer, and if so what cable we should use? Thank you. Karel

Yes you can download photos and video from your camera. The type of cable depends on your camera model (the USB fits in the computer). If Your camera has a memory card you can use a card reader instead. Put the card in the reader and use picasa software to import the photos. Or go to My Computer and click on the memory card which appears there as E: or D: open folders there and copy/paste photos and videos. Download VLC player best for playing video.

How download movies to my pc

You can download video to your computer using the included USB cable. However, your camera will first need to be on AC power to make the transfer, so take the battery out and hook up the AC power cable to the adapter to the DC power cable to the camera, then turn it on. You can now transfer videos to your computer using the camera's interface, once the USB connection is made.

How do I transfer pictures from my Kodak Easyshare C813 to my computer

You'll need a usb cable supplied with the camera, the Easyshare Software from Kodak.com which is a free download. Get the latest one.

Then, you can download and install the camera using the driver software.

The following web page on Kodak.com describes this in more detail.

I have a hitachi Hi8 VM-D865 camcorder and wish to transfer the tapes to my computer to produce DVD's. Can I purchace the i-link (DV) cable through Hitachi? Is this cable all that is required to produce...

That is a standard IEEE cable that available anywhere. As far as you being able to produce the videos it depends on your computer and its capabilities. You have to have a firewire input on your pc and also the software that makes the dvd's. I hope this helps.

Camcorder on Computer

The USB cable is to download still images only. To download video, you need (1) a firewire cable, (2) a firewire port on the computer, and (3) a video editing software program used to download and edit the video.

Lost USB photo transfer cable for finepiz z20fd

First of all, USB cables are pretty generic. The size of the plug that your camera accepts is the only difference...take your camera to Walmart, Kmart, BestBuy, Radio Shack, etc. to be sure to get the right size. Second, you can download the easy way...get a card reader. They're inexpensive and available at the stores I mentioned.

I can,t get my ezcam 111 to work!

Normal 0 Normal 0 Also send this to your family and friends so they have their computer setup properly. Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:

After downloading and installing Skype

set it up as follows:
Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.
The camera, if Installed Properly, it will come up and show a video picture.
Then, on the bottom of the page click save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and hear you.
Hope this helps. Bud

How do I get video from camera to computer?

The required wires to attach the camcorder to the computer are NOT included. You will either need to purchase a FireWire cable, or a USB cable to connect it.

Don't have cds for SC-D363 to use with PC

I have a Sc-D365, which as I understand it, the same as the SC-D363 but has a couple more bells and whistles. You need to download the drivers and other software so it will talk to your computer. Go to : http://www.samsung.com/us/support/search/supportSearchResultView.do?group=&group_cd=&type=&type_cd=&subtype=&subtype_cd=&model_nm=SCD363&dType=D&vType=L&mType=&model_cd=&menu=&language= to download the stuff you need. The page will have a tab for each of: "Manual", "Drivers", "Software" and you ll have to select each tab to get the files you need in each category. You will also need to buy a Firewire cable (IEEE 1394) with a small male connector on one end (camera side) and a regular sized connector male on the other (computer side). If you don't already have a Firewire interface on your computer, you will need to get one. That's the only way you can get the video from the TAPE. You will also need to get a USB cable with standard USB male on one end (computer side) and mini on the other (camera side). Once you download the User's Manual, it lists the part numbers of the USB cable and the analog cable to connect it to the TV. The USB cable is used to transfere photos and video files stored on the Memory Stick PRo memory module (user-supplied) and to stream live video to your computer. I use my SC-D365 for webcam applications in video conferencing, it works rather well for that, too. Good luck!
