I need the owners manual for this bike. Mine blew out of the truck on the way home from Academy.

Mine went dead last Spring. I ordered a replacement part from Fitness Quest. I think the link is above. Actually, while I was waiting for the part, I reconnected all the wires on the whole bike and the panel worked. So I actually have an extra new working panel if Fitness Quest doesn't have the part for some reason and u want mine. Double check ALL the connections of the wires first. They come loose easily.

I was having the same problem as my owner's manual has been misplaced as a result of several moves and I found this online. Hope it helps.

I decided to give up on it.

Doesnt sound like anything out of the ordinary.  The only things you can do to help remedy that more is run synthetic oil get a right hand side air scoop or cut vents into your undertail panel.,,
