My documents will scan and prior to them coming up on my computer I get the message that the PFUSSMON has stopped working and that the program will close down now. I didn't have any problems at first and now I can't scan anything. I have only had the product for a little over a month now....HELP!!!!

Find your specific scansnap product and update it:

A user had a similar issue and I found this update for the scansnap S1500 manager:
http://www.fujitsu.com/global/support/computing/peripheral/scanners/drivers/s1500.html
This occurs with certain Intel dual core processors, so you might be effected accordingly.
