IF you put PUK code many times depending on the model it wil lock the sim card. This is because to prevent unathorised person using your SIM card.

Default PIN code for nokia mobile is 0000
PUK code will be given by the service provider only.

Please call your service provider or go to service provider office,they will assist you in this issue.And they will have a security check like name,Phone number and other information to check weather the SIM card belongs to you only.Then they will assit you.

Please contact vodafone customer care to get your PUK code. If you have tried with wrong PUK code for more than 10 times, then your SIM card may get blocked completely and getting a duplicate SIM card is the solution in such case.

You can obtain the puk code by contacting your phone service provider.

If you have entered the puk code wrong too many times (tried to guess it) the sim card has disabled itself, and its useless, you will have to contact your phone service provider to obtain another sim card.
