I forgot my lock code i tried my old lock code but i wont open, so i turn it off. after a few minutes i opened it again i enter my lock code again but still it wont open, what do u think should i do???

You need a key to unscrew and remove the lock cylinder on the inside of lock. Enter the old combination. Look inside the hole where the lock cylinder was and turn the metal part in there to the right. Then turn the knob or lever to clear the old combination.
Enter your new combination and turn the knob or lever to insure it works. Try it again to be sure, then replace the change plug. Always test combo with the door open.

You will need to insert a mastercode. There are several tools for this but you always need the IMEI code for the mobile.
Try the website Security master-code calculator for Nokia mobiles. Haven't tried it myself but was referenced to me by a friend.

Try 2 options:
1. just squeeze the shackle twice and pull it out. This is in case you forgot to enter new combination.
2, Make the 2 combination together, the old and the new as one sequence. This in case you forgot to squeeze the shackle before enter new combination

I refused to do that hard reset trash and erase all of my information. This method is also just in case you don't have anyone to call you or you're too impatient to wait:
This is inspired by the many posts that tell you to frequently press home while someone's calling.

1. I hit the emergency call button then repeatedly hit home (pic of the house) while opening and closing the phone and went to the home page. It worked repeatedly.
2. Then I went in and took off the pattern request in settings.
3. In settings, make sure Google sync is checked.
4. I changed my password on the computer in Google (with same account).
5. Wait some time 5-10 minutes or less (make sure you have internet service where you're located on your phone).
6. Then it will tell you to enter your password. Enter your new password.
7. Close your phone or hit the red power key.
8. The same locked screen will prompt you for your username and password again. Enter the new password and it will log you in.
9. It will tell you to put in your old pattern or put in a new pattern (I forgot? sorry).
10. Then, you can go into settings and security once you unlock and remove the pattern. You have to enter the old pattern to remove the security.

Enter the lock code instead of the security code. After then to change the security code.

1. Go to menu and there open settings.
2. There open security settings.
3. There will options such as change lock code or change security code etc.
4. If you have forgot security code then you can't change it, better change lock code as your desired password.
5. To change first get into change lock code and enter old lock code and after that input new password and its all done.

sometimes if u insert wrong code three or more times ur phone will be locked for 15-20 minutes.... dont enter any code for that time......after 20 -25 minutes try to remeber ....what code u inserted and try it again and again....i also unlocked my phone.....like that by inserting all that codes i inserted.....if it doesnt work go the care centre of the mobile company and they will surely open it....
