How do I unfroze the screen of my Cobra 6000 pro hd gps? Nothing works

My cobra 6000 pro hd froze the whole screen. I was told to upgrade and I have done that. Afterward, it continues frozen. Please help?

Try to leave it on with no battery supply until it runs completely out of charge and switches off. Only then connect it to your PC and see if it communicates with the software on the PC. If it's still frozen you need to restore it to factory settings.
