You didn't say, but I presume you may be referring to your Facebook account(s). Login to each account (you must have used two different email addresses) and decide which one you want to delete. Then go to the following page and select Delete my account.

User profile can not be loaded windows 7

Probably a corrupt Windows profile
Suggestion:
1) If possible create a new Windows profile with administrator rights. (Administrator rights will allow you to access your old profile.)
2) Run Disk Check - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2641432/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors-in-windows-7
a) If errors are found and repaired reboot and repeat until no errors are found.
b) If significant errors are continuously found, your disk drive may be failing, and should probably be replaced soon (which is a different topic).
c) If errors were found and repaired, and subsequent Disk Checks do not report errors, your disk drive may still be safe to use - try accessing your old profile.
2) If your old profile is still inaccessible
a) Use Windows File Explorer to copy (not move) files from the file folders in the old profile to the corresponding file folders in the new profile. IE. Copy all files in My Documents in the old profile to My Documents in the new profile. Do this for all of the file folders in your old profile (My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, My Videos, My Desktop, My favorites, etc...).
b) To access your old profile, look inside the "Users" folder at the root of your C: drive.
https://www.sevenforums.com/attachments/tutorials/20418d1248849044-user-folders-change-default-location-example1.jpg
c) Start using the new profile - some programs may need to be reinstalled.
5) Once you are confident you have transferred all of the files, and everything is running properly, you can delete any unneeded profiles (I'd give it a few weeks, just to be safe).

Netflix login

If you want to start fresh in regards to viewing tastes and preferences then create new profile and then delete the old one
This needs to be done by logging into Netflix com and not on an app
Click on your profile icon then click manage profiles
Click add profile and go through all the set up and initial taste settings then go back to manage profiles click edit on the old one and delete or leave it there should you ever want it as it does not effect your viewing

Why does my laptop not respond to internet or firefox,it keeps sticking and is unresponsive. ive tried the power, battery, removed history and cookies, defraggkes and cleaner to no AVAIL PLEASE HELP

Hi Janice,

I see that you have tried everything that may help fix the issue you are experiencing.

The only recommendation I can give you right now is to create a different user profile in windows and see if the issue will still occur on the new windows profile created, and if this happens possible that there is something wrong with the windows installation on your Computer.

To Create a new Profile in Widows regardless of what version you have, Follow the steps below:

Assuming that your Existing Windows profile is already Administrator got to
-Start Click on Control Panel
-make sure that is is in Classic View where you see all the icons and details. once you have the list showing
-click on users
-in users click on create new user this will give you the option to create a user and ask you if you want to copy all the files that your original file has to the new profile and also make sure that you make the new profile set to administrator as well, which I believe is needed just incase it works you can remove the old profile that was having issues.
-once you have created the profile it may take awhile to finish if you have a lot of files that need to be copied to the new profile.
-once the new profile is created, close all windows that are open and click start then Log-off user to be able to log-in to the new profile that was created.
once you've logged-in to the new profile test it and see if the same problem will occur like on the old profile you had if you think the issue is not happening anymore and that you are satisfied that everything is OK, check all your files first if they are all copied to the new profile created before deleting the Old profile with problems.

I hope that this will help? I cannot find any other options that could be causing your issues in the old profile except for a corrupt windows profile.

Have a nice day Janice,

We have a new employee. How do I change the name on "image send" to the new employee?

I am assuming you have sharpdesk or network scanner tool installed on the computer you are wanting to send a scan to.
Click on start then programs and look for sharpdesk/network scanner tool and start the NST program. Once it is open/started you should be in the "profiles" tab and there should be some profiles listed (presumably the old employees name). Put a check mark next to the ones you want to delete and click delete. this will remove them from the copiers image send. Then create a new profile (add) with the new employees name and apply the changes. Restart the copier and the employees name should show up.

Lost all acheivements both profiles and nothing will save

Hey that sucks. You could try to call 18004MYXBOX if you had LIVE and they may be able to recover your profile also go to the system blade and pick memory Press Y on the hard drive symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a messsage will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices? Hit yes If no sometimes things will actually say corrupted data
