You need the model number, '950 watt' is just an output and the parts suppliers go by model number.

The manual for this much larger generator has the contact details for spares. Your 'regulator looking' part is probably the carburetor and just needs cleaning. People leave them a couple of years with fuel in and they gum up. First job is always dump all the fuel and clean the carb, then check the spark plug. The add fresh fuel, because fuel goes bad unless you use a stabilizer.

the boards will be available as spares from the makers spare pare parts section. you will need model and possible serial numbers. It is impossible to get too much power from the generator but it is possible to get the wrong voltage for your units. IT is also possible to get power surges from the generator as different loads are applied and the best way to avoid this is to use an ups of sufficient current draw for each unit or a invertor generator.

Which model Asus computer do you have? The drivers depend on the motherboard/cpu inside the computer. Many of the newest Intel and AMD processors have their video graphics unit as part of the processor. In that case, you need the graphics driver for the CPU. (Some of the Intel i3, i5 and i7 second and third generation processors have on-the-CPU VGA. If the CPU isn't one with the on-board VGA, the motherboard video ports will be disabled. You will need an external video card with those models.)

Start at http://www.asus.com and search for the model; then look at the Downloads tab. Expand the section marked VGA to get the driver.
