I download a game on my iPod . It goes to the game then automatically goes to the home screen

Delete the game and respond download it, if that doesn't work, make sure your oops is up to date , and of it is the try a hard reset which should be holding the home and power button for 5-10seconds .. gl!

Recovery mode with out using the power button

An iPod Touch's "Recovery Mode" is for alleviating major operating system issues.
Recovery Mode rolls back your iPod's operating system, stripping problematic updates and downloads from the unit.
The goal of this total system recovery is to revert the iPod to a stable, usable version.
Before you use Recovery Mode, exhaust other troubleshooting methods.
In some cases, Recovery Mode is triggered automatically after a failed system update or system restore.
When it goes into Recovery Mode automatically, you cannot use your iPod until you complete the recovery process.
You can get your iPod Touch out of Recovery Mode using Apple's free iTunes software.

Turn on your computer and open iTunes.
If you are prompted to download any new iTunes updates, install the updates before proceeding.
Plug an iPod USB cable into your computer.
Do not plug the other end into your iPod Touch yet.

Turn off your iPod Touch. If the iPod Touch is already shut down, skip this step.
Press and hold the Home button on your iPod Touch, and plug the other end of the USB cable into your iPod Touch.
Release the Home button after you see a white USB icon and the iTunes logo appear on your iPod Touch's screen.
At this time, a pop-up should appear on your computer screen, explaining that the software has detected an iPod in Recovery Mode.
Click "OK."
Click on the iPod Touch from underneath the "Devices" heading on the left-hand side of your screen.
Click on the "Home" tab, and then click "Restore."
Once it's restored, your iPod Touch goes out of Recovery Mode and you can start using it again.
The restoration process takes a few minutes.
Do not disconnect your iPod Touch until a prompt appears, letting you know the system restored successfully.

My ipod will not allow me to go on games how do i solve this ?

If you would like to play games on it you can jailbreak it to jailbreak it do the following.

1. Download ZiPhone Here:
Windows: http://www.downloadziphone.org/win


Mac: http://www.downloadziphone.org/win

2. Extract the file you downloaded.

3. Plug in your iPod and exit iTunes.

4. Open ZiPhoneGUI(The one with the lock as an icon)

5. Hit jailbreak

--------You now have a jailbroken iPod Touch read on if you would like to delete the Zibri Blog and get iPhone apps with shaky icons.-----

6. Go into installer and tap sources, then edit, then add. Type in the following source (leave the http://) www.spazio cellulare.com/ispazio.xml

7. Go to tweaks 1.1.4 and install, 1.1.4 iPod Full Features, 1.1.4 Compatibility Patch, and Youtube Activator 1.1.4(If Youtube isn't working properly)

8. Go back to your home screen, let your iPod restart (It should do this automatically) and hold down an icon until they all start shaking now you can move around icons and delete the Zibri Blog.

I try to play zombie farm on my ipod touch and when i push play it goes back to the home screen

The game must have not downloaded correctly onto your iPod touch. Try plugging it back in and reloading it onto the iPod.

I forgot my screen lock code for my iPod. How do I unlock it?

  • Connect your iPod Touch to iTunes
  • Press or Hold the power and home keys 10 seconds.
  • Screen goes black, now release the power button
  • Make sure you do not release the Home key until your iTunes says "We have detected an itouch in recovery mode."
  • Now just follow the directions. This will erase/factory restore the iPod.
  • Restore all your songs/apps in your iTunes account.

Everytime i tap on the games it pops up then goes back to the home page. What should i do?

just try a different game or turn it off completely and then on. that should fix the problem. if it doesnt go to itunes and plug in your ipod and then click on YOUR IPOD and then press update that should also fix it.

Ipod nano 8gb blue wont turn on.

idk if dis will work it dus for mine wat hapens is when the ipod isnt ative for such a while it goes into safe mode so its pretty much like an automatic lock to turn it on hold down the play and the middle button until u see a dim apple on the screen this restarts ur ipod dont worry everything will still b there songs pics games movies and anything else
