You have to go to bluetooth settings, forget the device, then make sure the keyboards off when you forget it, then turn the keyboard on and reconnect. I have to do it all the time with my Xbox controller.
Bluetooth is a wireless communication used to connect the Galaxy Tab to ... don't forget to turn them off when you're no longer using them with the Galaxy Tab.

how to connect your samsung galaxy tab to blue tooth keyboard. ... I can connect other bluetooth items to my Tablet but notkeyboard.
Press the sync buttom if there is one on the speaker or make sure it's charged and turned on. Turn bluetooth off and on again and it should see available devices. If not goto setting of tablet find bluetooth and scan for sevices while speaker is in sync mode.
I am assuming you are on an Android platform, so the first thing you should check is to see if your Wifi is on....Settings, Wifi, then usually there is a on/off switch at the top...if its off turn it on and then try to join the wifi AP. If the wifi is on and your still connecting via bluetooth then shut bluetooth off, settings, bluetooth and try connecting...maybe there is a default setting somewhere forcing you to use the bluetooth ...I'd need to know what OS your using and the version number to give you direct information.
If your tablet is Bluetooth-enabled, follow the set up instructions that came with the keyboard. Basically, you turn Bluetooth on on both the keyboard and the tablet. Start the process of pairing and connecting from the tablet. If you are asked to enter a password/passkey and it is not specified in the keyboard's manual enter '0000' or '1234' (without the quotes). Note that the password is required only for pairing, therefore it will happen only the first time. If your tablet is not Bluetooth-enabled, you cannot connect the keyboard to it.
The device that is to be connected to the speakers must be Bluetooth enabled or it cannot be connected! If it is Bluetooth enabled then there will be Bluetooth settings!
It looks like your tablet is not Bluetooth-enabled, in which case you cannot connect the Bluetooth keyboard to it. You may try to connect a regular keyboard via the USB port on the tablet (although I believe that USB port may accept only flash drives).
The bluetooth device drivers of your laptop may not be updates. Browse Dell's website and download and install the latest drivers for you specific model. Also try to connect witout authentication and see if it works that way.
