is that face book texts or actual texts? as for the time stamp. my carrier gets it wrong quite often. thats usually when the signal is very weak when they're sent or received.
I suggest take it to a service center store that deals with your service carrier and request to have it flashed. Keep in mind that you have to backup all of your info in that phone since the "flash" is going to delete it all. Good luck.
If you have cricket service. You need to call or stop in a cricket dealer and have them refresh your account. Or You or someone else has hard reset your phone.
This should be fully enabled on the phone. You may have to click options and send/receive to view the picture, make sure it connects to the internet. Are they being texted to you, or are you checking them through outlook/web?
