To check history:

Open a new tab (Ctrl+T) and click the 'View Full History' button towards the bottom (make sure you are NOT in incognito mode).

To check your favorites open a new tab and below the address bar you will find your favorites, alliteratively you can snap the bookmarks bar by using Ctrl+B. To add a favorite, hit Ctrl+D and hit 'Done'.

Black and White on a new setup would indicate you've plugged in AV or Component cables incorrectly. Match the colors up, be aware some Dynex models have AV connections on the SIDE of the TV. Here is the procedure for auto tuning. Pleas go through it. Connect the antenna to the rear antena socket marked as &% ohms antena and continue.

If you have already run the Auto Tuner as part of the quick setup earlier in this guide, please

skip ahead to "Channel Summary" to continue setting up your television. In Auto Tuner Setup,

the TV automatically scans through all available channels, memorizing the active ones and

skipping over blank ones or channels with weak signals. This means you scan using the

CHANNEL +/- buttons), you will receive only clear active channels.

I'm quating these procedure from the manual I've with me, and it is for JVC AV32S565.

For the Dynex ZRC-102 remote control channel switching.

1. Press the MENU button and select SETUP.

2. Go down the list and select FAVORITE CHANNEL MODE and switch it to OFF.

The +/- CHANNEL buttons will then switch channels when pressed.

He probably didn't delete them; he probably just closed them like my grandson did to mine. Just click "View" "Explorer bar" "Favorites" and your list should come right back.
