sir you call to the releated simcard customer care to get the puk code number.you should give the sim card registration number to get the puk code number from customer care and then you enter the puk code number to unblock the cellphone...............

this might have happened due to multiple type of wrong codes you entered.. so your sim will be blocked.. try calling your simcard customer care and say your queries..he will ask the registration name of the owner of simcard and the number present in the sim card backside....
if you provide these things to him, he will send you a unlock code for unblocking your simcard..

The puk code comes on the certificate or in the documents thatcome withthe simcard, to obtain the code call your phone serviceprovider whoowns the number / simcard or who sends you the bills.

Don't tryto guess the puk code, entering it wrong too many times will disablethe card. There is no default code to unlock it, its simcard spesificevery card has its own code.
